This $5,500,000 loan is secured by four parcels totaling approximately 146 acres located in the unincorporated part of Fairfield, California adjacent to Travis Air Force Base that is known as Parker Ranch.
The Details:
- The loan is a first priority loan on parcels 0174-110-030 and 0174-110-050 and a second priority loan on parcels 0174-110-060 and 0174-110-110.
- The City of Fairfield has designated the majority of Parker Ranch area an area for mixed-use development (residential and commercial) and targeted the area for annexation in its 2003 Municipal Service Review.
- Investors will be paid 9.25% interest for the first two years of the loan.
- The interest rate for investors will increase to 9.50% on June 1, 2008 and remain at that rate for the duration of the loan.
