$50,000 is the minimum amount. -
What are the requirements for investing with Equity Bancorp?
A) You must be a California resident.
B) You must meet the following criteria for net worth and income:- Either $250,000 of net worth and a minimum of $65,000 income per year.
- OR $500,000 net worth.

What is the average annual interest offered to investors?
Interest rates are determined on a loan-by-loan basis but, historically, Equity Bancorp, Inc. has offered investors an annual interest rate ranging from 8% to 13%. -
How will I receive my monthly interest payments?
You may choose by check or by direct deposit. -
What is the average investment term?
Investment terms are determined on a loan-by-loan basis but usually are in the range of 1 to 3 years. -
Is this a limited partnership, a REIT or a mortgage pool?
It is neither. Your investment is in a non-recourse promissory note issued by Equity Bancorp. Inc. which is collaterally secured by a specific deed of trust and you will receive a recorded collateral assignment of the underlying deed of trust. -
How secure is my trust deed investment?
Your investment is secured by a recorded deed of trust against a specific property or multiple properties. Typically, Equity Bancorp, Inc. funds first mortgages at a loan-to-value ratio of less than 60%. -
